Damages and issues

If your package is lost/stolen after being delivered to the post office, Puckher will NOT be responsible. Customers must contact their local post office and/or local delivery carrier and a file claim. Once a tracking number is issued, it is your responsibility to contact the post office and/or delivery carrier about issues regarding their package. Unfortunately, the post office would be better to assistance you moving forward. 

Prior to shipping, ALL ITEMS are inspected prior to packaging. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, and/or if you receive the wrong item. Please DO NOT automatically return items prior to contacting customer service. A representative will evaluate the issue and make a final decision. If approved, customers will have 21 days from the shipping date to return damaged item(s).

Non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, custom products, and personal care goods (such as beauty & health care products i.e.. organic soaps). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item(s).

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

Your satisfaction is guaranteed and Puckher adores our customers. Items must be in original packaging and not used, soiled, altered, damaged, labeled or personalized.

Please DO NOT automatically return items prior to contacting customer service for an EXCHANGE APPROVAL.  A representative will evaluate the issue and make a decision. If approved, customers will have 21 days from the shipping date to return the exchanged item(s).
